What if I need a repair between visits?
Members get 10% off all repairs, all year. Call us, we come out, and your discount applies automatically. No hoops.
When do the two visits happen?
We schedule one in spring before cooling season and one in fall before heating season. We'll reach out to set up both.
What's the difference between Clean and Check℠ and the membership?
Clean and Check℠ is a single visit at $99. The Two Seasons Membership is $159/year — that covers both visits plus the repair discount. If you're already paying $99 once, the second visit costs you $60 more. That's the math.
Does the membership auto-renew?
We'll reach out before renewal. Nothing charges automatically without a conversation first.
